Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical Oncology.

License and Certification

Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Education

• RN-Associate’s Degree, or
• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN-Diploma, or
• RN-Master’s Degree

We are a 16-bed unit that specializes in providing exceptional care for Solid Tumor Oncology, Hematology Oncology, and Surgical Oncology patients.

As an RN on this unit, some of the services you will provide are as follows: Chemotherapy/Biotherapy drug administration (Certification required after 6-months of hire.) Pre/Post-Surgical Care· Hospice and Palliative Care Sickle Cell Management

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as

• shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
