- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a specialized healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in medical equipment and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assess and develop nursing care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Provide direct patient care, including education and counseling.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Oversee the work of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
- Manage patient caseloads and ensure that all aspects of patient care are met.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
