About us

Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health is changing the landscape of substance use treatment. Our new, cutting-edge recovery center is open in Pawnee, Oklahoma, delivering both inpatient and outpatient services with one mission: to empower recovery through action, compassion, and innovation.

Your impact as a registered nurse (RN)

Shift options

We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, giving you more flexibility and focus.

  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Rotating Weekends Required
  • PRN options available

What you'll do

Own the patient intake process: Conduct focused assessments, collect vitals, and complete drug screenings quickly and thoroughly. Drive timely, accurate documentation: Generate and audit Medication Administration Records (MARs); support MAT protocols and medication education. Support and adapt: Flex between patient care and light administrative tasks, assisting wherever needed to keep operations running. Act fast and follow through: Monitor patient progress and flag concerns early. Your urgency and follow-up matter. Lead with confidence: Bring clarity, action, and consistency to a multidisciplinary care team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

✔ Current Oklahoma LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain) ✔ Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment strongly preferred ✔ Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a plus ✔ Strong communication, triage, and time-management skills ✔ Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire
