What You'll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll practice at the top of your license while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
- Deliver quality nursing care in a secure clinical setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Respond confidently to patient needs while following established clinical protocols
