Position Overview
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with guaranteed 36 hours per week, offering consistency and work-life balance in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
New graduates and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply.
