Join BSWH Waxahachie Hospital as a PCU RN. Department: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | ICU Stepdown.
Schedule
Full-Time Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 25-bed Progressive Care (PCU) / ICU Stepdown unit with 4:1 patient ratio. As a Registered Nurse on the PCU team, provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals transitioning from intensive care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies. Magnet-recognized facility.

Requirements
- RN
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license
- PCU, Telemetry, or ICU experience
- BLS Certification
- Computer literacy
- Nursing policy compliance
