About this role

Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a healing environment.

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
  • Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  • Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.

Qualifications include

  • Current RN license and a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
