Coverage needed: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week

Pay: $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Give G-tube feedings, water flushes and medications through the G-tube per physician orders
Provide G-tube site care and monitor for complications
Assist with oral feeding when ordered, following diet texture and aspiration precautions
Give medications and document accurately on the MAR
Monitor and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, bowel tracking and skin integrity
Follow the individual's Health Care Plans and report changes in condition to the RN and physician
Keep complete, timely, signed nursing notes with start and end times
Requirements
Active Georgia LPN license in good standing
Hands-on G-tube feeding and medication administration experience required
At least 1 year of nursing experience; I/DD, home health or community care experience preferred
Current CPR/First Aid
Must pass a fingerprint background check, a TB test and a motor vehicle record check (if driving)
