Bear Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation, a long-term care facility in Stoneham MA, is seeking a full-time Sub Acute Unit Manager to join its compassionate team. Responsibilities include completing all necessary reports as required by the Director of Nursing, reporting problems and aiding in care plan development, providing direct care as needed, reviewing nurse's notes for proper documentation, making rounds with physicians, supervising staff on unit, informing physicians of changes in resident's condition, and assisting nursing staff with the admission process. $10,000 sign on bonus.
