Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner in Pineville, NC. Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document clinical findings, educate patients and families, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- RN
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
