New York City delivers unmatched energy, world-class hospitals, and career opportunities few cities can rival. From the bustling streets of Manhattan to the brownstone-lined blocks of Brooklyn, every borough offers distinct character. It's fast-paced and expensive, but for nurses seeking high-acuity experience, cultural richness, and a true 24-hour city vibe, the payoff is enormous.

Worth asking

We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through differentials?
  • What should I expect for weekly hours, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load and staffing support handled day to day?
