About this role
Under the direction of the Practice Leadership, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical leadership of the daily activities in the practice. Incumbent is responsible for direct oversight of practice-based clinical staff. Responsibilities include clinical services management, department management, staffing oversight, ensuring patient safety, clinical documentation compliance, staff supervision and development, supply ordering, triage process implementation, and direct patient care as needed.
