Jupiter sits along Florida's Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County, offering nurses a laid-back seaside lifestyle with easy water access. The iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse anchors the downtown waterfront scene, while nearby Jupiter Island keeps things quiet and residential. It's a relaxed alternative to busier South Florida hubs—great for RNs who prefer coastal calm.

About the employer
This is home-health work: you go to the patient instead of working a fixed hospital floor. Florida does not take state income tax out of your check, and it is a nursing licensure compact state, which matters if you are…
On your path
Home Health is a specialty you move into. Agencies want acute time first, then train the home-specific work.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
