What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all nursing operations

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting regulations
Serve as a role model, mentor, and leader for nursing staff
Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical services and programs
Collaborate with other departments to support holistic resident care
Participate in committees such as Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Safety, and Leadership
Oversee training and onboarding of new nursing staff
Conduct regular staff meetings to address challenges and celebrate successes
Participate in surveys and accreditation visits
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of OBRA, Joint Commission requirements, and state regulations
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing experience in a leadership role
Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage teams in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for caring for geriatric and sub‑acute populations
