Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 31, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2 years of experience and NIH Stroke Certification. Details Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting 13-week travel assignment scheduled for 36 hours per week Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Requirements Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) NIH Stroke Certification required 2 years of recent RN experience required No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months US SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Provide progressive/telemetry level nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position Local candidates will not be considered

Requirements

  • Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • NIH Stroke Certification required
  • 2 years of recent RN experience required

  • US SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
