We are currently seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive and rewarding environment. Position Overview As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to ensure the well-being and dignity of each resident. Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee quality resident care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team Perform nursing assessments and document accurately and timely Administer medications and treatments following proper procedures and protocols Supervise CNAs and LVNs, ensuring compliance with care standards and safety regulations Maintain infection control and follow safety protocols to uphold a clean and secure environment Participate in care conferences and support residents' physical and emotional well-being Qualifications Active RN license in the state of California (multi-state licenses welcomed) Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills A compassionate heart and commitment to excellent resident care Shift: Full-Time NOC Shift (10:30PM - 7:00AM) Location: 897 North M Street, Tulare, CA

Requirements

  • Active RN license in California
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) accepted
  • Active RN license in the state of California (multi-state licenses welcomed)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Nursing policy compliance
  • Care plan evaluation
  • Skilled nursing facility experience
  • Long-term care facility experience
