Signature HealthCARE of Primacy is a 120-bed facility that offers a wide array of services from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Looking for RN candidates who thrive on delivering excellent care, enjoy being part of a strong team and build bonds that last a lifetime. Weekend Night Shift - Saturday, Sunday Nights. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift. Monitor and observe residents' physical and emotional status. Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys.

Requirements
Current, active RN license in the state of practice
CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred
Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills
Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound clinical judgment
