RN ( Charge Capable ) Nurse
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care. Provide nursing care and services to residents and leadership to staff working on assigned unit(s). When working as the Charge Nurse, it will be the successful candidate’s responsibility to direct resident care on the assigned shift and provide leadership, management and direction for our nursing staff.
What You’ll Do
- Provide assistance to our geriatric population including all activities of daily living
- Assess, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care
- Administer medications and provide treatments on your assigned unit(s)
- Coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care
- Provider leadership and direction to nurses, care staff, and others when working charge
- Communicate with providers, families, and other stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably within a geriatric setting
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills a must!
Our Wages
- Part-Time Starting Wage: $40.50 per hour
- Full-Time Starting Wage: $41.50 per hour
- Based on experience and qualifications
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
- Differentials: PM, NOC, Weekend, and Charge
- Call-in and pick up incentives
