Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities Include

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, and adjusting care plans accordingly Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting shared governance Mentoring and fostering growth of other nurses, maintaining professional standards Supporting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards Engaging in professional development and maintaining licensure and certifications Contributing to organizational goals of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications And Skills

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred) Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)

Certifications

• BLS, ACLS (or equivalent), required upon hire
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
