Weekend RN Supervisor Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM –11:00 PM Location: Providence, RI We are seeking a strong, experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team and provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RN looking for a leadership role in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a confident clinician, team-oriented leader, and skilled communicator who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations Assist with clinical oversight, admissions, assessments, and resident care needs Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Respond to clinical and operational issues as needed Qualifications: Current RN license in Rhode Island Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Why Join Us: Leadership opportunity Supportive team environment Competitive pay Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in resident care #GREEN123
