Overview

Join our dedicated nursing team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to assist in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with care standards, and support both residents and staff in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Key

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating and directing daily functions of the nursing department

Ensure all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and maintain professional standards

Participate actively in facility surveys and compliance audits as needed

Conduct daily rounds to monitor and uphold nursing care standards

Address complaints and grievances promptly, escalating to the Director of Nursing Services when necessary

Qualifications &

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration
