About the Role

We are seeking a Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Corvallis, Oregon. This role supports acutely ill adult patients, including medical-surgical and stable telemetry patients, and requires strong assessment skills, recent EPIC experience, telemetry monitoring experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care for adult med surg and telemetry patients

Monitor stable cardiac patients and respond to changes in condition

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to care plans

Document assessments, interventions, and patient updates accurately using EPIC

Collaborate with nurses, providers, nurse assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

Active Oregon RN License Required

Minimum 1 year of Med Surg or Telemetry nursing experience required

BLS/BCLS Certification Required

AHA ACLS Certification Required

Recent EPIC experience required; orthopedic and bariatric experience preferred
