Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced *Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)* for a 13-week contract assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have recent Operating Room experience and be committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Circulate in the operating room while maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
  • Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and document care accurately using EPIC EMR.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
  • Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations as required.

Requirements

  • Active Nebraska RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience.
  • Experience as an OR Circulating Nurse.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call assignments.
  • Holiday coverage required.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
