By The Bay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Hospice Nurse Case Manager covering San Francisco. This person will be responsible for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families. This full-time (5 days/week) position offers competitive pay, generous benefits and a supportive work culture.
