About this role
Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurse. Oncology RNs work with patients who have, or who are at risk of getting, cancer. Oncology Nurses provide necessary assessments, administer treatments and communicate with all patient care providers to help develop a plan tailored to each patient's needs. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments; monitoring and assessing patients' conditions; educating patients and families about treatment plans; collaborating with oncologists and other healthcare professionals; providing emotional support and counseling; and maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1-year Bedside experience preferred
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- 12 hour shift - Nights
