We are currently seeking RN’s. We have a full-time day shift, part time evening shift, and a PRN opportunity.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
