- Current RN licensure in Tennessee or compact state
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Masters preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required
- Minimum 4 years of related clinical experience required
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience required
- Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate, Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), or Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Certified Nurse (TCTCN) required within 18 months of hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required
