About this role
Safe at Home Private Care is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work at the clients residence in the Lilburn, Ga areas. Responsibilities would pertain to the needs of the client, from normal day to day activities involving dressing, moving, feeding the client, and other similar needs.
Responsibilities
- Clients are apart of the GAPP Program. Brother and sister with minoring conditions. Each child has 4 skilled hours per week. Shifts can be seperate days.
- Clients have limited mobility with poor transition and limited distance/terrain, limited communication with signing and assistive devices, pureed oral intake, G-tube supplement
- Taking verbal orders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the service plan for clients receiving nursing services.
- Regularly assess the needs of the client receiving nursing services.
- Medication administration teaching.
- Monitoring medication.
- Completion of service plans.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
