The Role & Schedule
We are seeking a collaborative, compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our primary RN to support nursing needs across all of our local assisted living and memory care communities. For the right candidate, there is an explicit opportunity to eventually take over as the primary RN for a dedicated home as you demonstrate the capability to lead independently with minimal supervision.
- Hours: Flexible part-time schedule of 15–20 hours per week and rotating on-call.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel and commute throughout the Treasure Valley
Core
Duties
- Cross-House Support: Assist and collaborate with the primary RN to manage clinical needs across all of our local assisted living and memory care homes.
- Primary Lead Path: Work toward potentially taking over as the primary RN for a dedicated home, based on your capabilities and performance.
- Assessments & Planning: Conduct resident assessments and design or update personalized care plans.
- Resident Care: Support residents with physical and cognitive impairments through daily clinical care.
- Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and guide non-licensed caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide a personalized approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Active and unrestricted Idaho (or compact) RN License.
- 1+ years of general nursing experience.
- Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care environment is highly preferred.
- Current CPR Certification.
