Requirements
- Current and unrestricted New York State license as RN, PT, OT, or SLP; Graduate of an accredited nursing, physical therapy, speech language therapy or occupational therapy program; Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in designated specialty; 1 or more years of experience in home health care preferred; Prior experience in quality assurance, clinical education, care management, utilization review, or supervisory roles preferred; Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS requirements, and home health documentation standards; Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office; Ability to travel throughout the agency service area; Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds; Weekends as needed; Evenings as needed
