Position Summary
The Clinical Support Specialist serves as a clinical resource and operational support partner for Marquis Certified Home Health Care (CHHA) clinicians, providing expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, patient-centered home health services.
This position supports clinicians and leadership through clinical oversight, workflow processing, quality assurance activities, staff education, documentation review, regulatory compliance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
You'll be the 'in-box ninja' of the organization, ensuring that everything that comes after the patient visit is smooth and seamless.
The Clinical Support Specialist must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Therapy (SLP) with home health experience and a strong understanding of state, federal, and CHHA regulations and standards.
