*Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step-Down* *Location:* Atlanta, GA 30303 *Unit:* 7L IMCU (Medical Step-Down) *Contract Length:* 13 Weeks *Shift:* Nights *Guaranteed Hours:* 36 or 48 Hours/Week * Compensation: * * Local Pay Range: $50 - $53/ hr on W2 * Travel Weekly Gross pay: $2000 - $2164/ week for 36 hours/ week * Travel Weekly Gross pay: $2650 - 2900/ week for 48 hours/ week *Job Summary: * We are seeking an experienced *Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step-Down Registered Nurse* for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience caring for high-acuity medical patients in an Intermediate Care/Step-Down setting and excel in a fast-paced acute care environment. * Responsibilities: * * Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. * Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition. * Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.

* Manage patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac and respiratory illnesses. * Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. * Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record. * Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care. * Maintain compliance with hospital policies and evidence-based nursing practices. * Qualifications: * * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Minimum *2 years of recent PCU/Step-Down/IMCU experience*. * Previous travel nursing experience required. * Current *AHA BLS and ACLS* certifications. * Strong assessment, telemetry monitoring, and critical care skills. Pay: $2,196.00 - $2,396.00 per week Experience: * PCU/ Stepdown/ IMCU: 2 years (Required) License/ Certification: * RN License (Required) * BLS Certification (Required) * ACLS Certification (Required) Ability to Commute: * Atlanta, GA 30303 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Atlanta, GA 30303: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
