As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote the highest standards of resident care.   • RN
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory or leadership experience
  • Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Healthcare Management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
  • Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive quality outcomes
