Private Duty LPN/RN- Russell Springs **DAY and NIGHT shifts

This job provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes using acquired skills to identify health-related problems, adopt appropriate intervention measures, and promote standard health practices. This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Services. Pay: $30-$40/Hour. Duties include providing skilled nursing care in the home, performing patient care specific to standard of care, promoting and maintaining patient health through teaching and rehabilitative measures, assisting patients in self-care techniques, preparing clinical progress notes, administering medications, adhering to infection control and safety policies, participating in on-call schedule, and maintaining confidentiality.
