About this role
Coordinates the nursing plan of care, provides direct nursing care, and instructs/supervises the LPN and Hospice Aide staff in the delivery of nursing care to clients. Manages the nursing care for an assigned caseload of approximately 15 patients with varying acuity and needs. Reports to Clinical Team Leader. Full-time, 40 hours Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM. Located in Madison County and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Valid NC RN license
Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
Two years of clinical experience preferred
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
Basic data entry skills
Excellent organization, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
