Schedule
Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 4 Days per Week

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and support to patients during clinic visits Assist providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and patient assessments Administer medications, vaccinations, and other ordered treatments within scope of practice Conduct telephone triage and provide patient guidance and follow-up care coordination Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform clinical procedures as appropriate Coordinate referrals, testing, and follow-up care to support positive patient outcomes Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record Collaborate with providers and clinic team members to deliver efficient, patient-centered care Support quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the clinic
Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses.
License(s)/Certification(s)
Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa/Illinois for Registered Nurse.
