The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
RN License in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
Minimum 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years, OR baccalaureate degree in nursing with minimum 2 years experience
CPR Certification
BLS Certification
Driver's License with insured automobile in good working order
Criminal background check
Hospice experience preferred
