Job Responsibilities: Assist residents with their daily routines, providing compassionate, personalized care. Respond promptly to residents’ needs, ensuring comfort and safety. Administer medications and provide technical nursing care as prescribed by physicians. Observe and record changes in residents’ conditions, and promptly report significant signs and symptoms. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other care team members. Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Help supervise and lead Nursing assistants and LPNs. Qualifications: Active Illinois RN License in good standing (new grads are welcome!). CPR certification preferred. Excellent patient care and customer service skills. Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and push/pull medication carts and wheelchairs with up to 30 pounds of force. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms to assist residents. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rates: $36.00 – $41.00 per hour.
