Premier Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Far Rockaway is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team in a part-time role primarily covering weekend shifts . This position is ideal for nurses seeking supplemental income, work-life balance, or a consistent weekend schedule in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care and thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Complete resident assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately. Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure compliance with all New York State Department of Health, CMS, and facility policies. Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care. Schedule Part-Time Weekend availability is required Primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts Additional weekday shifts may be available based on staffing needs #IND123
