What are the job requirements for this position?
Must have a current and valid driver's license with the appropriate car insurance You will travel to our group homes in Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, and the admin buildings to meet with individuals—we pay mileage. What are the responsibilities in this position?
Comply with Illinois Administrative Rule 116 while working with The Arc staff to provide support services, including: a. Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate records as required. b. Instructing individuals or small groups in health care per The Arc's guidelines. c.
Evaluating individuals and keeping necessary documentation. d. Participating in staff meetings and IDT discussions as needed. Supervise and support the personal and social development of individuals at The Arc.
Attend necessary conferences, seminars, meetings, and trainings. Recommend actions to the supervisor to enhance the health and safety of individuals served. Join team meetings and training sessions as required.
