About this role
Under direct supervision of the DON, the RN or LVN will provide intermittent Skilled Nursing services to patients in their home setting according to the Patients' individualized Plan of Care. This individual must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.

Requirements
- RN or LVN
- Currently licensed in the state of Texas or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse License Compact (NCL). Successfully complete the Agency Competency Test and a background screening including criminal history and work references. At least one year experience as a professional nurse preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish fluency required. Skills: PICC/Central line management and maintenance, medication administration via Central Line, TPN Administration and Management, Venipuncture, Specimen Collections, injections, wound care (wound vac), teaching and assessing patient knowledge on chronic or acute diseases.
