Wage: $39.84 – $59.25 based on experience. $1
- shift differential from 3PM-11PM, $2
- shift differential from 11PM-7AM

What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current RN license in the state of Minnesota
Experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll support your growth!
BLS and ACLS certification provided upon hire
CALS or TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire
Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
What You’ll Do
As an RN at Madelia Health, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and effective care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality nursing care with efficiency and compassion
Applying your knowledge of nursing theory and best practices in a dynamic environment
Working collaboratively with a variety of personalities and teams
Making sound decisions under pressure and exercising good judgment
Delegating appropriately to licensed and unlicensed caregivers while fostering teamwork
