We are currently seeking a nurse for Full-Time Night Shift .

Hours————————

Full Time: 36 hours per week, every other weekend. Shifts: 5:45-6:15 PRN Requirement: 4 shifts every 6 weeks (2 of which must be over the weekend) Base Compensation Range (Full-Time): $37.60/hr-$44.71/hr depending on years of experience PRN Base Pay: $48/hr

• Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights ( Mon-Fri ), $6/hr on weekend days ( Sat/Sun ), and $8/hr on weekend nights ( Sat/Sun )

Charge Differential: $2/hr

About the Role

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance

Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days

Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more

Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more

Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains

12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

✔️ What You’ll Need

RN License (State of TX)

BLS required

1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

CRRN preferred
