The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive Skilled Nursing Facility environment.
Salary: Up to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor resident care to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Support infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs
- Help prepare for state surveys and ensure ongoing survey readiness
- Promote a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in a supervisory nursing role within a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
