Regional Nurse Consultant to serve as an internal resource to nursing home operations regarding survey readiness, plans of correction, and dispute resolution. Provides consultation to nursing and health care providers within Ohana Pacific Health to improve nursing and other standards of nursing practice. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in federal/state nursing home regulations and survey requirements, serving as analyst of trends affecting survey outcomes, recommending quality assurance standards and protocols, and providing guidance in the development of policies and standards of nursing practice.

Requirements
- Minimum of Ten (10) years professional nursing experience
- Five (5) years experience as a nurse manager and five (5) years experience with State and Federal nursing home surveys, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii required
- Candidates must reside on Maui or relocate to Maui
