As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector you will
- Deliver exceptional, natural-looking aesthetic results through individualized treatment plans.
- Provide an outstanding luxury patient experience by educating, supporting, and building long-term relationships with patients.
- Perform comprehensive facial assessments and recommend customized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique anatomy and goals.
- Safely and effectively perform injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with the Trubella team to provide consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry advancements through ongoing education and advanced training.
- Represent Trubella’s values of professionalism, integrity, artistry, and exceptional customer service in every patient interaction.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the following
qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector.
- Advanced training and demonstrated proficiency in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and Radiesse®.
- Comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, facial assessment, and safe injection techniques.
- Experience creating customized full-face treatment plans that produce natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, ethics, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Passion for delivering a luxury patient experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous professional development by regularly attending advanced injectable trainings, anatomy courses, industry conferences, and hands-on educational programs. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine desire to remain at the forefront of aesthetic medicine and continually refine their skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment while upholding Trubella’s high standards of care.
