If you take the LVN path, you give nursing care and service coordination to adults with complex medical and mental health needs—including homelessness and substance use. The work is framed as harm reduction and trauma-informed: injections, medication administration, health monitoring, pharmacy coordination, med logs with the Program Manager, patient education, and triage when someone needs emergency services. The Bandera LVN role is part-time and on-site at $35–$37 an hour DOE.
