More about LUX Infusion

Your day is concrete: start lines, manage PICC, port, and midline access, hang meds and blood products, and sit with patients on IG and other complex chronic infusions (immunologic, neurologic, autoimmune, hematologic, transplant-support). Schedules here are not one-size. Postings include part-time 16–24 hours a week, per diem, and permanent roles; some home infusion lines run weekdays, weeknights, and weekends with no holidays. Local travel is part of the job when a patient needs you outside the suite. Our own postings show $42–$48 an hour. Wyoming’s compact-license rules and lack of state income tax matter if you are bringing a multistate license or watching take-home pay. LUX is a clinician-led infusion company (NICA-accredited, AICE-Ambulatory Infusion Center of Excellence) and was acquired by BioMatrix Infusion Pharmacy in October 2025. Reviewers have praised pay, PTO, holidays off, and colleagues who teach; one sales-side review pushed back on management experience and how big changes get made. Glassdoor sits around 3.5/5 from roughly twenty ratings, with about half saying they would recommend it to a friend.

Elevating infusion care—in every moment, for every patient. Clinician-led care; IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, advancement) emphasized in postings.

What nurses say in reviews

Glassdoor snapshot about 3.5/5 from roughly 20 ratings; about half would recommend to a friend. Nurses and staff have cited strong pay and benefits, major holidays off, good PTO, a low-stress team, colleagues willing to teach, and chances to be heard; a sales-leader review said management seemed inexperienced and made big changes without input. A former temporary RN said the company values employees.

The good

  • Hourly pay on our postings $42–$48
  • Specialty IG and complex chronic infusion work in an ambulatory suite
  • Schedule options: part-time 16–24 hrs/wk, per diem, permanent; some home roles with no holidays
  • Colleagues described as kind and willing to teach
  • NICA accreditation and AICE-Ambulatory Infusion Center of Excellence designation
  • Major holidays off and good PTO called out by an employee

The hard parts

  • Management described by one reviewer as inexperienced and making big changes without seeking input
  • Only about half of Glassdoor reviewers would recommend to a friend (~3.5/5 from ~20 ratings)
  • Local travel and floating to other care settings expected
  • Typical RN postings want 2+ years experience, IV cert, and central-line skills—thin runway if you are brand new
I came for the sign-on bonus. I stayed because on my hardest night, my whole team stayed with me.
