As an RN you coordinate medical services and staff training around person-centered care for residents; leadership is described as supportive and knowing the team by name, and the hiring process is set up so you apply and hear back within 48 hours. Pay in our RN postings sits between $26.50 and $32.00 an hour (median $29.25 across two postings). Supervisor roles are listed at $40–$50 an hour based on experience, and there is a path into RN Supervisor work even if you have not held a leadership title before. Part-time RN schedules use day shift every other weekend plus one evening; full-time supervisors work daytime hours with on-call about twice a month. Eligible staff get health insurance, HSA, FSA, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401K. During a shift you can get a freshly prepared on-site meal for $4.00. You need an active Minnesota RN license; senior living experience is preferred but not required.
