The campus comprises three distinct communities offering both transitional and lifetime care, providing residents with opportunities to learn, experience, and achieve a fulfilling life. Unlike traditional institutions of its era, Marbridge was designed from the outset as a community-focused residential environment. For nursing professionals, Marbridge offers a unique setting distinct from acute care hospitals or traditional nursing homes. RNs work closely with the Director of Nursing and physicians to manage resident health, including medication oversight, monthly health checks, physician order documentation, and staff training. The role also involves ensuring compliance with state regulations and supporting ongoing health and safety education. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are also part of the care team.
