Its flagship facility, Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC), is located in downtown Orlando and is among the largest acute-care facilities in the region, with 898 acute-care and rehabilitative beds. ORMC is the only Level I Trauma Center in Central Florida and has earned U.S. News & World Report recognition as a 'Best Hospital,' nationally ranked in 1 adult specialty and 4 children's specialties, regionally ranked #7 in Florida and #2 in Orlando, and rated high performing in 3 adult specialties and 12 procedures/conditions. The system also includes facilities such as Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital, a 119-bed comprehensive medical and surgical acute care hospital serving the Brevard County Space Coast.
